Our staff consists of some of the top trainers and coaches in the area. We all share the same core belief that basketball is a sport that can be played at any age and any skill level. It can be played for fun as well as competitive. Our goal is to teach the fundamentals that will give players the ability to succeed on the court.
Director of Basketball Operations ST. Tammany Parish
Charles has been involved in structured teaching, playing and coaching of basketball for over 35 years. He has coached recreation, traveling All-Stars, and AAU teams in the community. Charles lives in Covington with his wife and three children. His family is very active in our community and the local basketball scene. Charles was the Head Girls Basketball Coast at Lakeshore High School and Hannan High School Head Basketball Coach. Charles grew up in Kenner and played in Biddy programs from 9-12 yrs. old. He participated in four National Biddy Tournaments, winning a National championship in Puerto Rico in 1976. He played High School Basketball at De La Salle High School in New Orleans through his Senior Year. He was coached by some of the best Biddy coaches in the area as well by Jim Tillette his Senior year. In fact, Jim won the Louisiana State Championship in 1986 before moving on to become the head coach at Samford in Birmingham, AL.
Gauff has experience on the high school and Collegiate levels, He coached at St. Thomas Aquinas from 1999-2014, helping the Falcons to eight consecutive district championships (2007-14) and back-to-back state championships in 2007 and 2008.
From 2015 through 2017 he coached at the division I level at Southeastern University.

Coach and Trainer
Marc started his basketball career at St. Paul's High school with multiple all district honors. After finishing his basketball and soccer career, he then went on to start all four years at Millsaps College. While pursuing his masters degree in 2018 at Southeastern Louisiana University, he began and still continues to coach at St. Paul's High School and trains players ranging from elementary school to professional athletes
Director of Basketball Operations Tangipahoa Parish
Started basketball career playing for St. Thomas Aquinas where he was a 4 year all state player, 2A state Champion and Gatorade player of the year in Louisiana. After finishing his high school career he attended Murray State University where he received the new comer of the year award in the OVC(Ohio Valley Conference). From there he went on to play 1 more season at Murray State before transferring to Southeastern Louisiana University. While playing at SLU he was named All-conference both years and lead the team in scoring, assists and steals. After finishing up at SLU he then played professionally over seas and in Canada for several years.
Director of Basketball Operations Orleans Parish
Johnson spent eight years as the head coach at St. Augustine, his alma mater, posting a superb 210-54 record with the Purple Knights. He was part of a state championship team at St. Aug in 1995 and was part of the 2011 Purple Knights state championship team as an assistant coach. He was promoted to head coach of the Purple Knights in 2013.
St. Augustine reached the state championship game in Division I twice (2019, 2020) and the semifinals twice (2014, 2017).
Director of Travel Basketball
Hunter played high school basketball at St. Thomas Aquinas. He is the head coach at Covington High school where he will be entering his fourth season.
Coach and Trainer
Coach Joe as he's most commonly known by, comes to us by way of Sacramento, Ca. He played his college ball at William Jessup University from 2004-2007, where he helped turn around a program with his unique style of play and leadership averaging 16 points and 9 rebounds. He received his B.A in Counseling Psychology.
Coach Joe has over 11 years of coaching, and training experience. His unique style of training emphasizes confidence while still having fun. Coach Joe believes that all great players have two things in common, great footwork and tenacity!
Coach and Trainer
Roland has been an asst. Coach at Country day for 4 seasons. Prior to that he was an Asst. coach at St. Augustine high school for 2 seasons. He has also coached Travel Basketball for the Blue Devils and also Primetime for a combined 5 seasons. He started his coaching career at Milne Playground coaching Biddy. Roland has helped train and develop some very high level players in the greater New Orleans area.
Daniel is currently the head coach At Doyle High school were he has lead the school to an impressive 98-56 record since 2016.
Jason is a local entrepreneur who also happens to have a passion for helping youth grow in life through athletics. He played basketball and football both throughout high school. He then chose to take a Division I scholarship to play quarterback at Kent State University in Ohio. However, basketball was always his first love. He was the head basketball coach at Lake Castle/Madisonville. In his final season coaching there his team won the championship in all four division they competed in. He has also been coaching Travel basketball and recreational basketball for years in the local area.
